Sir,—ln your report of the Hospital meeting in yesterday's issue, I am made to say that Dr Payne was not qualified. Those words I did not make use of. I am also made to say, of Dr Fox, that his qualifications extended no further than an oculist. That statement, I also beg to deny.—l am, &c. ; Wi. Sims.
