FIRING FOR A SUIT OF CLOTHES.
The Rifle Bangers aud/No. 2 Company H.R.V. competed on Saturday r for a suit of clothes^ the gift of Mr Turner, tailor, to be fired for by the members of the two companies. Two" niatches were determined upon, the highest aggregate scorer to win the prize. The first match was fired some time sincej'and oh. Saturday the second came off, resulting in a He between Shepherd arid Hicks, with 93 points each. Both men belong to the Rifle Rangers, so that members of,. No. 2 Company are thrown out.
