QUEEN OF THE MAY.
Retorting for the Queen of the May took place this morning, the result Being 176 .ounces of: gold. This- return is scarcely up to expectatipnsj but, it must be remembered that there has not been a full fortnight's run. When melted at the National Bank theamountwas reduced to 173 ozs 16 dwfs.
