Margaret Miller was charged with having been drunk and incapable in Pollen street, Shortland, on too 29th instant. Defendant pleaded guilty. She said she had been unwell last week/ and had been overcome. , ; AN HABITUAIi. Margaret Miller.was also charged with having been three times convicted of drunkenness within the space of three months. . . Mr Bullen said he should be glad to. withdraw this charge.
