Before W. Ebaseb, Esq., R.M, INCAPABLY DEUNK.
Margaret Miller was charged with having been drunk and incapable in Pollen street, Shortland, on too 29th instant. Defendant pleaded guilty. She said she had been unwell last week/ and had been overcome. , ; AN HABITUAIi. Margaret Miller.was also charged with having been three times convicted of drunkenness within the space of three months. . . Mr Bullen said he should be glad to. withdraw this charge. Defendant pleaded to be let off, and said she waa going to lire with her daughter. Fined 20% and costs for the first offence, and dismissed on the second charge, t« Ith a warning. ; ; : f
