The Royal Family Again.—The St. Petersburg correspondent of the Constitutionnel says that the Duchess of Ediriburg is again in an interesting condition, as well as her sister-in-law, the wife of the Czarewitch, and sister of the Princess of Wales. ;:The first part of the statement must, of course, be untrue. It is only two months since the Duchess gave birth to her first child.
Bachelorism a Lxtxuky.—A bill is before the Tennessee Legislature, -which contains the following section t —"That bachelorism is hereby declared a privilege, and every male inhabitant of this State, over thirty years of age, being of sound mind and enjoying good bodily health, remaining unmarried: after the first day of May, 1875, shall pay a five of ten dollars annually."
