COMMITTEE MEETING.
To-day a meeting of the Committee was held when the draft memorial to the Council .was submitted and approved. The memorial sets forth the position of the Pumping .Association aud tho circumstances surrounding the grant, and it will bo supported by the evidence of mine managers from the Thames.
