House, G-rahainstown, on TUESDAY, the 22nd day of June, 1875, at 10 o'clock in the Forenoon, to EEVISE the LIST OF ELECTOKS for the Electoral District of THAMES. The attention of Executors, Administrators, Legatees, and Successors, is called to the provisions of the Stamp Duties Act, 1866, which require ; —
1. That Exeoutprs and . Administrators shall, iii the case of all legacies, annuities, or residues paid by them, furnish to the Stamp Office full accounts of such payments,: and shall pay the duty assessed thereon within sixty days thereafter ; and in the case of legacies, annuities, or residues retained in trust, shall, before any such retainer, furnish to the Commissioners full particulars thereof, and shall pay the duty assessed theyeon within fourteen days of such assessment;_ and shall furnish accounts of all successions under any will or estate executed or administered by them, so soon as the successor shall become beneficially entitled ( thereto.
2. That Legatees receiving legacies shall give receipts in the prescribed form, which receipts must.hear date on the day of signing, and must fee brought to the Stamp Office to bo etaniped within sixty days thereafter, ptherwiee such receipts become invalid.
9.
