He - would not attempt an elaborate speech, although ho might have done so had he been gifted- like one gentleman present (Mr Speight). He could-, however, state that- ho would always look back with pleasure to his connection with the Crown Prince (and Princess) mine. Ha could say that ho had always had a good.set of' mn round him, and, while trying to do his duty to the company, he had always been heartily assisted by the workmen.
