I have to report a pew rush, the locality of which is between Puriri and the Tairua, about fire miles from the landing, - or an hour's walk from the business place of Charley Bowley. It is on the undertrack near to where there is an untcnanted whare. > * .. , , „ Wednesday. Parties hay* left to-day for the new rush between here and Puriri. Prospects obtained are good. 1 Find at Puriri. I learn that a find has been made iiv a little creek not far from the landing.. Two men were putting^ in a drive oa the ' spur, and cut a little leader, only an inch thick, but being in some places nearly all ' gold. I have seen a specimen.
