Value of Ohinemuri Prospectors' Gold.

The two parcels of gold obtained from the trial crushings of stone from the Prospectors' Claim at Ohinemuri were assayed at the Bank of New Zealand today. No. 1 parcel,,4 ounces 1 dwt from two tons of stone, is valued at £2 15s 2d per ounce. No. 2, from another reef, one ton lot giving 1 "oz 8 dwts, was valued at £2 15s 6d per ounce.. This result, like tho crushings, has given every satisfaction.
