The' Stpamer Albidii is expected to leave the* Bluff at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, the 181 h instant. Telegrams for the Austra'ian Colonies or Europe (via Java Cable) will be received at this office for transmission to Melbourne up fill 9 a.m. of the 13th inst. „ Telegrams for acy place in Victoria, South & Australia, New South Wales, and Q.ueensland> will he received at this office for transmission to the ———« and will there be posted as an ordinary letter free of postage, to the address given in the Message, or will be forwarded to the nearest Telegraph Stair!on in — and telegraphed to its destination; the Australian rates being collected from the receiver. The tender will note in the instructions on the ineßßßge how he wishes his message dealt irith—whether to he posted as a letter at the final port of departure in New Zealand or to he forwarded from there to the Telegraph Station at the port where the steamer is hound to, Biad to be telegraphed from thence to its final destination. In the fi^st case, Ke will write in instructions, if to be treated as a letter, "To be posted;" in the latter, if to he telegraphed on arrival :in Australia, he will state in instructions "> "To be telegrnptied." In th© case of Telegrams for Tasmania and "Wf stern Australia, the same can onlr be treated as lettere, and posted as euch from the final port of departure ia New Zealand.
