Nelson, Monday. About 300 men are attending tho Easter Volunteer Encampment. Wellington is sending a small detachment. In gun drill, mounting, and dismounting ordinance, Nelson beat Wellington, the former having the gun down and up in one minute and twenty seconds.
Napieb, Monday. The City Council here have instructed their engineer to prepare plans for a water supply for the lower part of the town by the artesian system.
