BRIGHT SMILE NEW BATTERY.
The New battery now in course of construction for the Bright Smile Company is approaching completion. The building has been finished some time, and the tramway connecting the landing plat of the mine shaft with the battery is whithin a few yards of the \ latter. The two enormous, -double-tubed boilers are also approaching completion.'. The beds are ready for their reception^ and one has already been placed imposition. The iron work of the battery has been executed at'Judd's Foundry, and is of a most substantial character; some of, the stamper boxes are already in place. This battery when finished will be one of the most complete. on the field. The stampers will be amongst the heayiest.and broadest in the head; the whole 40; head will be worked by a powerful engine, with improvements in the cam shaft and clutch gearing.
