[ Annie Miller,..charged with being of unsound mind, was in custody, but wg.s not brought before, the Court. The Inspector said this woman,had been before the Court on Tuesday, and he had then suggested thatshe should be sent to the Hospital. This had been done,' but her conduct had. been so violent and the noise* she made* had so disturbed, the other patients that she had to be removed to the. station. She was suffering from an attack of dilerium tremens, but was slightly better now. He. would -therefore ask for a remand till MondajK until which time she would be treated at the station by the doctor. Eemanded accordingly. DBUNKENNESS. One man was charged withbeing drunk and incapable in Grahams town yesterdayHe was very penitent, admitted his offence, and was fined 10s, or the alternative of 24 hours' imprisonment. The Court adjourned.
