In our .advertising columns to-day appears tlje reply.of Sir .George Grey to the electors signing the requisition to him to stand for the Superinteildehcy. We would especially direct attention to the views of Sir George Grey on the question of Provincialism; which, in this address, will be-found to be considerably modified, or differently expressed to what "appeared in the famous petition to the Queen and subsequent letters to the Herald. The address as published is only what would have been expected from the veteran statesman and diplomatist, but For the appearance of those letters containing such extreme views on Provincialism.
