We would call the attention of the Public to the situation of this Property, commanding a Central position to the Goldfields, being the chief trading place and the inlet and outlet of the Government Roads to the Diggings ; not to say that purchasers need not fear floods, this being a property by itself' never yet disturbed by water. With one exception all the steamers on the Ohinemuri trade—numbering six—land their cargo and passengers at this Township, the River being quite free from mags, with deep water all along the banks of the Paeroa.
