Tbe contractors in the "JTative Chief sued the manager and got judgment. The ground will likely be sold. The Koyal Oak have declared a;, dividend of two shillings and sixpence. The Tfkatea, fortnightly cleaning up yielded 122 ounces 15 dirts.,
