(continued.) ALL COMERS' MATCHES. Genebal Rules.—(l.) To be open to all comers. (2.) Hair triggers are forbidden. (3.) No wind or sun screens allowed. (4.) All competitors to. be under control of the Officer in Command, and all disputes to be decided by him, and his decision to be final.' (5.) No entrance permitted after the first ahot in either match has been, fired. (6.)
