Parti* cipafcion in Profits is authorised by the Ltgia* lature to be given to Policy-holders. - i 2- Premium rates are lower than, those of Private Companies. i 3—No Policy or Medical Fees oharged. 4—All Policies are non-forfeit-able after one full annual payment to the lull extent of their value, under a special regulation - providing for the continuance in. force of every Policy for the original am6unt, until the surrender-value of the Policy is ex* hausted in payment of premiums. 5— Absolute Security from Loss. —Insurers, after having puid three full an? nual premiums, are guaranteed a cash surrender value of not less than 40 per cent. of. the paid-up premiums; and if for a« y reason the premiums are not paid when due, a paidup Policy will be issued, generally equal in amount to the premiums paid, and often much in excess. If apportionment is not made at the time, it can be subsequently made by will. 11-Probate, <fee., dispensed with —When a claim under a Policy does not exceed £200, the Commissioner moy dispense with the production of Probate or Letters of Administration, thus saving great expense to the representatives of the Insured. 12—Prompt payment of Claims" and no discount charged.
