Mains' claim—Parcel of specimens from winze yesterday. Peters' claim—Crushing looldDg up for one ounce to the ton.
Tokatea—Gold showing well. Siege level general crushing shaping well. A lot of railway sleepers were burned at Kikowhakarere last night. There was a fire also at Cadman's bush and Waikoromiko.
The completion of Waverley tramway delayed for want of timber.
