Sir, —I beg to call your attention to a mistake in your issue of the 22nd, in reporting the police case of L. Phillips v J Coomes. You. have reported—The plaintiff to pay the defendant 5s costs, when it should have been the defendant to pay the plaintiff the ss.—l am, &'c, Thomas Phillips.
