BBEACH OF BYE-LAW NO. 3.
John Foss was charged with having committed a breach of the above Bye-law, by neglecting to clean his premises, whereby an offensive smell was caused.
Defendant pleaded giiilty. Mr Bullen said that defendant had been four times previously convicted of like offences. Fined 10s* and costs. The Court then adjourned.
