DBUNKENNESS
Alfred Smith was called, to answer to having been drunk and disorderly on the 15th instant. He pleaded guilty, and i expressed apparently genuine sorrow for having committed himself. Mr Bullen having recommended the defendant to the leniency of the Court, a mitigated fine of 5s and costs was imposed by His Worship. EXTENSION OF LICENSE. Michael McMahon applied for the extension of the license held by him for the Kuranui Hotel, to the-Parawai Gardens on the 26fch, the occasion being the races and sports. The application was granted under certain conditions.
The Court then adjourned
