ADJOURNED LICENSING COURT.
THIS DAY.
An adjourned sitting of the Quarterly Licensing Court was held to-day before Captain Fraser, E.M., Chairman, und John Brown and E. Kennan, Esqs., Commissionera.
The only business before the Court was an application from John O'Halloran for a license for the Metropolitan Hotel* adjourned from the previous meeting to allow of certain alterations being made. Mr Bullen reported that considerable alterations and improvements had been effected in the house, the applicant, who was nptin very good circumstances at the present time, promisingtodomore. There was no objection to granting the license. License granted. This was the whole of the business and the Court adjourned.
