DONNELLY V. BBABSEY. The evidence in this case was resumed at 2 o'clock yesterJay. The examination of Mr MacCormick was continued, and P. E. Donnelly, plaintiff, and T. L. Millett were also examined, which concluded plaintiff's case;' '-■ ■ '.• ■ ■■■-■ ■ ■■■•■■
Counsel on the respective sides addressed the Court at length. • The Court considered a case of damage by neglect, had not been made out, and did not think the plaintiff could claj-in the £30 a3 money had and received, 'as such a claim should have been brought m a different form. He recorded a nonsuit with costs, £1112s.
