SIR WALTER SCOTT LODGE.

The annual election of officers of the Sir Walter Scott Lodge of Freemasons, No. 533, S.C., took place at the monthly meeting of the lodge held in the Freemason's Hall last evening. The following officers were elected:—Ji,W.M., Key. J. Hill; W.D.M., M. H. Airey; W.S.M., T. L. Murray: W.S.W., James R. Lowe ; W.J.W., J. D. Grant; Treasurer, Wm» Carpenter; Secretary, John Watson ; Senior Deacon, T. G. Comes; Junior Deacon, S. Turtle; Architect, James M. McLaren; Organist, H. G. Weekes ; Director of Music, James Reid; Jeweller, W. Laurie; Stewards, W. D. Reid (president),^. Rawden, G. L. Ginn, H.Fisher, acd J. Nicholas ; Director of Ceremonies and Marshal, Captain Goldsmith ; Inner Guard, A. Bonella; Tyler, T. Rawden. Bros. W. Rowe and J. Brown acted a3 scrutineers during the hallotting. A committee was appointed to arrange for the St. Andrew's Day celebration. It was found that the finances of the lodge were so satisfactory that a sum of one hundred pounds was transferred to the lodge benevolent fund.
