SMALL-BORE RIFLE SHOOTING

Mr. J. W. Walker, our champion small-bore shot, tried his hand at the new range, Kauaeranga, this morning, and although not in practice he made some fine shooting at 1000 yards. The first ten shots totalled 34 points—the second ten gave 37 points out of a possible 40.
