Warden's Office, Grahamstown 26th October, 1874. APPLICATION Las been made by Edwabd Cameron for a LICENSE to Construct a Water Kaco, for Mining purposes, commencing at a point on (he Hape Creek, fifty yards;; above the Tweedside shaft and . terminating twenty yards below Mount Flea' Bant Battery. The length of such Race is twelve chains or thereabouts, and its intended / course is along the creek. The mean breadth, and depth of such Eaco is 12 inches x 12 inches; it is capable of carrying Two sluiceheads of water, and the number of sluiceheads of forty inches ench which it is proposed to appropriate is Two. NOTICE is therefore given, that on th 24th day of November, 1874, a License will be granted to the said Edwabi> Cameeon for the above-described Water Race, unless valid objection be in the meantime made in writing and lodged at this office not less than seven clear days before that date, W.
