T j ■ Mr. Dodd raised the objection that tile Court had no jurisdiction, as the defendant had not given a proper; itatement of the accounts between the plaintiff and defendant. From £262—a long account —a general credit and contra account was deducted, without that contra being properly set out. . '' The case was struck out, and the Court adjourned.
