THE HOSPITAL ENQUIRY.
To tho Editor of the EvßNiMd, Stab, i
Sib,—With considerable interest I —but more appropriately speaking I might iky with disgust-^-I hare read the local in reference to this enquiry which appears in this morning's Advertiser. <! Ostensibly that has been written with a desire that justice may be done in this matter, but I say in the most unqualified manner'that it has been clone for the purpose of doing injustice not only to Power-but 'also to! the public. To be concise, it is equivalent to expressing a doubt on theinonor and integrity of the enquiry Commission. I will only say that I feel 1 confident that the gentlemen comprising this Commission will not only treat with contempt such inuendoes as appear in' this ; morning's local on this subject, b«t that'they will also give the public, by the manner in which they will conduct this important affair, fairly and impartially the benefit of that skill and honor for which one is celebrated, as well as the ability and integrity for which th» other is so well known and respected.-r-I am &c, ■.' ■'■ "' ?
