ITALIAN G.M.CO.
A meeting-of the-'shareholders in the Italian G.M Co. was held this afternoon in the hall of the Mechanics' Institute, to receivo report and balance-sheet; elect directors ; and consider proposal of amalgamation with the Nonpareil Gold Miaing Company. Mr. \Vih. McCullough was elected to the chair.
Some officers having been elected, a proposition was made that the amalgamation oth. the Nonpariel Company- bo agreed to if the Company consented to give ,3000 double-issue shares. This was carried and the meeting was adjourned until half-past four to obtain a reply from the Nonpareil Company.
