The prospects of the above mine are brightening. The depth of the winze •unk on the block, or No. 2 lode, is now 13 ; feet, and the lode has increased in thickness from six inches to one foot, carrying gold for the last ten feet. About 501bs. of good looking stone, thickly impregnated with copper, were brought to the surface this morning, in which gold is freely discern bid.
