In the Supreme Court the murder trial was continued. George Sharp deposed to seeing prisoner and the man Watson dragging something out of the creek and taking it up to the house. He thought at first that it was' a pig. Went to the house, and found deceased sitting on the floor, naked, with her hair off and skin hanging in shreds. Believed prisoner dragged her into the house from the trail of wst on the floor. Witness lifted her into bed and dressed the injuries. Dr. Ellis deposed to death resulting from burns and consequent nervous congestion. The case is proceeding. Sharemarket. —No sales.
