(Before W. Fbaseb, Esq., Warden.), BRIGHT SMILE G.M.CO. T. WILLIA& THOMAS AND OTHEBS. This case was an action for contribution for drainage of the defendant's mine by the Bright Smile. It was previously brought on for hearing on the 11th inst. and adjourned to the present date. Mr. Tyler appeared for the plaintiffs, and asked for an adjournment,-to which th« other side had consented. Tho case waa accordingly adjourned, and the Court then rose. • . ,
