NONPAREIL.

The Manager reports that about 20 pounds of rich stone came from the winze south of the slide this morning, richest yet ssen from this locality, and which can be seen at the legal manager's office. The depth of the winze is 23 f©et. In sinking this distance not less than 190lbs. of good stone have been taken out. If this is to be taken as any criterion of the value of the block, it bids fair to be one of the best taken out of this company's grounds. A new leader has also been found in the drive leading towards the Italian ground, which in about 15 feet will enter that mine with the whole of its underlay.
