FROM CORRESPONDENTS
Wellikgtok, Thii day.
There was some difficulty between Vogel and Reynolds, and it was rumored yesterday that he was about to.rtsign. The report seemed, well-founded too, for Vogel took up Reynolds' work in dealing with the Excise Bill, but last night things seemed to be adjusted. Macandrew is intriguing right and left, holding out tempting baits in the .shape of ministerial appointments. The latest lobby rumors have it that the Ministry hare a majority of five. Several needy ones are, sitting on a rail. Vogel is driving through business like a steam-engine., . :.
