This action was brought by the plaintiff for a breach of agreement entered into in November, 1873, between the plaintiff and defendants, and in which the plain! iff for a defined consideration in the Queen of Beauty mine agreed to perform certain work.
On the application of Mr. Macdonal^. the case was adjourne .1 till to-morrow. The Bright tmile V. The Queen of Beauty, The Quceu of the Thames, The Exchange and oiher companies were adjourned till the Ist of September. Court adjourned.
