The length of such Baca is sixteen hundred and fifty feet or thereabouts, and its intended courie is westerly. Tho mean breadth and depth of iiiob. A PPLIOATION has been made by Jamks J\. Bekchb for a LICENaE- to Construct a. Water Race, for Mining purposes, at Collarbone Creek, commencing at a point marked •Aon sketch plan furnished therewith, and terminating at a point marked B on the said plan; The length of such Race is 300 feet or thereabouts, and its intended course is north-west and sr>uth-ea« t. The mean breadth and depth of such Race is two feet by two feet; it is capable of carrying Three sluiceheads of water, and the number of sluiceheads of forty inches each which it is proposed to appropriate is Two; NOTICE.is, therefore given, that on the 4th day of August, 1874, a License will be granted to the said James Bbeohb for the above-described Water Race unless ralid objection be in the meantime made in writing and lodged nt this office not less than seveß clear days before that date. The length of such Race is fifty feet or thereabout?, and ils intended course is through the said Pyrites' Reduction Company's premises.
