The Imperial pro wn, the Tookey, the Golden Crown and Caledonian Goldmining Companies, k^wn collectively v the Pumping Association, v. ,The City of London Goldmining Company—A claim for compensation for drainage. This case came on for hearing on the 24th tilt., when judgment was reserved a » to the amount of contribution to be awarded.
Mr. Macdonald, for the plaintiffs, asked that His Worship would not in this case give any decision as to assessment, as an understanding had been arrired at between the plaintiffs and defendants. The case was struck out. * . J2MEBSOW AND, ANOTHER V. BOQEBS. M This case—an application for a dissolution of a mining partnership—has been frequently before the Court, and was this day brought on for final hearing. Mr. Macdonald, for the plaintiffs applied for the case to be dismissed, as the parties had settled the case out of Court. Case struck out. ■ ' " The Court adjourned.
