The: case of John Emerson and others againg£ G, Rogers^nd another, for dissolution of (partnership in a mining claim at Tapu, which has been previously before the Coufft, was called again to-day and adjourned by consent till the 15th July. Enchange ; same v. Quaen of the Thames; same v. City of xoijk; same v. Crown Prince; same v.
