THIS DAT. (Before H. Goldsmith, Esq., J.P.) DRUNKENNESS. John Ward, charged with having been drunk and incapable in Abraham-street, Grahamstown, on the 28th instant. Fined 10s. and costs or 24 hours 1 imprisonment. STEAT GOATS. Michael McGinn was charged with allowing two tows to wander at large in Grey-street, Parawai, on the 22nd instant. Defendant pleaded guilty and was fined 2s. 6d. and costs. The Court adjourned.
