In the Supreme Court to-day, in banco sitting, the case Fraser w Reed and Brett was brought on. Mr. McCormick, on behalf of defendants, said he would offer no objection to making the rule absolute. The rule was therefore granted. There is a heavy .gale. The Golden Crown and Lalla Rookh are detained.
