RESIDENT MAGISTRATE'S COURT.
THIS DAY. (Before "VV.Fba.sbb,Esq., EM.) . CHIMNEY ON FIBE. HBichard Fraser was charged with unlawfully allowing the chimney of his house to take fire on the 14th instant. - 'Defendant pleaded gu lty, and said that the chimney caught fire from a fryingpan. He had shortly before had it cleaned. v .'Fined ss, and costs. The Court adjourned.
