That this Council having considered Hir Honor's message 59, agree with the recommendations contained therein, and is further of opinion that no time should- be lost in: ..acquiring- the Thames foreshbre, with a view to nialcing provision for: en*r dowments for municipality purposes. 2nd. That reserves rhould also be made for harbor endowments, educational, hospital and lunatic asylum purpose^. 3rd.
