BaEACHPg OJ? TSE MUNICIPAL POEICE ACT.
Hugh Davies was charged with unlawfully driving a dray without the name of the owner being legibly painted thereon. Defendant pleaded guilty; His Worship fined the defendant os and costs, and informed other carters'that should they appear before him on a similar charge he would increase the fine. George Constable waff charged with a similar offence. Fined 5s ond costs.
