After failure to effect numerous com-, binations the new Ministry were constituted; as follows :-—General' De Lissey, vice-President of Council and Minister of War; Due de Cades, Miiister of Foreign Affairs; M.Foui'ton, Minister of Interior' and Finance ; M. Griei at. Minister of Commerce; M. Camont, Minister of Public Instruction ; M. Faiihaud, Minister "of ; Admiral Montaigne, Minister cf Marine.

Prince Hobenloh*, ambassador from Germany, presented his credentials to President McMahon, and amicable assurances were exchanged. '■ Owing to the failure of the Gourland form of Ministry, MrMahon completed his list as already telegraphed. The new Cabinet is of an essentially business character. They will prepare constitutio.-.al- laws, leaving, to the Assembly the transmission of Presidential powers. The recent crisis was expected. At Haven there lias been a dissolution of the Assembly.
