Sir John Higgins, chairman of I lie Central Wool Committee, has received advice from London that the Privy Council has dismissed, with costs, llio application of Mr Bardloy. The refusal moans that the decision of fhe Queensland full Court, staying all further proceedings in this action, stands, and this particular phase r.f skin and wool litigation is at an end.
