TRAMWAY TROUBLES IN AUSTRALIA. By Cable—Press Association—Copyright Australian and N.Z. Cable Association (Received April 13, 7.30 p.m.) MELBOURNE, April 13. Tho tramway employees decided to refuse tho suggestion of the Arbitration Court, to resume the normal running of train's, and will continue a regulation strike. The decision was readied contrary to the advice of the Union officials.
