The Senate has opened the Budget debate. M. Perot (Finance Minister) in an optimistic speech, expressed opinion that France was at the end of the exchange crisis. Ho met the greatbank representatives, and explained the measures adopted by Parliament, which he said would be ample to balance the 1926 Budget. The Minister added that he expected to concludo arrangement in the near future for funding the French debts to Britain and America. Bank representatives had promised hearty cooperation.
