Referring in an interview _to Mr Fisk’s criticism' of tlie British Post Office, Mr Short, manager of the Canadian Marconi Coy., confirmed tlie statement that an agreement was about to be signed between the Company and the British Post Office, for wireless 'transmission under the beam system, but telephonic tests were expressly excluded. He was informed by the Post Office that Britain would only carry out wireless tests with Canada via New York.
